Accommodation Information

We have reserved a preliminary block of rooms at four hotels in close proximity to the Istanbul Congress Center.

We will add additional hotels as pricing becomes available. We anticipate all hotels will be within 1 km and prices staring at 75 EUR.

Group Reservations

To qualify for group reservations, a minimum of five (5) rooms on peak days is required.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellations before 5 August, the reservation will be cancelled with a penalty of 50% of the payment.
In case of cancellations submitted after 5 August 2024, the reservation will be cancelled and paid amount will be non-refundable.

Unauthorized Housing Warning

Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service that implies or claims to be an official housing provider for the TTS 2024 Congress. The only way to book your guest rooms and group accommodations is through TTS 2024 congress website and platform:
